Not rental. The older generation have died or retired.
Every sector whether private or public is facing shortage of workers.
School tuck shop is also facing it..our low TFR is now cascading the consequences down...
After gst increased can’t make money selling cheap food to students
PAP imported so many FTs but still not enough
to cover the these cooks/ hawker jobs?
