I am a bit shocked to see this now famous handicap guy does not look like "dying" and he was treated well by the station officers explaining all handicap person need to present certification for free  train ride..  I am curious what if this happen in SG  ?

Netizen in China are split on this incident - Was the station officer too inflexible or did the handicapp person attempting to generate video viral on social media since he has another person with him shooting the entire episode ? Someone offered to pay for his ticket but he rejected... A netizen, himself a handicap, shares his view and explains why he always has the disabled-certificate with him when using public transport...

From the video, can see the young station staff, around early 20s, was very patient in explaining the rule for free-ride with the certificate...
