What's Singapore Bank Employees Union reaction to 40 members sacked for claims abuse?
Maybe Union to demand Bank of Singapore to release copies of insurance medical cover policy.
When the so-called abuse started?
My company's annual claim limit for outpatient medical/dental claims is only $1,200 but my HR goes through claims with a fine tooth comb. Physiotherapy treatment is not claimable even with a referral from the polyclinic.

Usually when such a big group kena means the company does not have clear rules and guidelines on what is right and wrong.
In Singapore employees are usually rule abiding unless the rules are not clear.
