Also those who embrace PAP will allow foreigners/PR to displace citizens.

cititzen population is not growing but foreigner/PR population is growing like crazy.

it means more new jobs will be taken up by foreigner/PR because they must have jobs to stay in singapore

Minister is not entire correct , those who embrace it may also be displaced
after all eventual goal is less cost which can only be achieved by less manpower or working hours required.

We must start preparing the US workforce for the effects of AI - now ...
Feb 29, 2024For example, if AI makes a 1,000-employee company consider laying off 200 people, that company could avoid layoffs by shifting its 1,000 employees to four-day workweeks.

But wage for some will be lesser. Govt may plan properly which group of white collar people to be affected.
For countries with ageing labour, it may be lesser a problem.
Also corporate whose eager to see profit or shares price go up, will be very keen.

Heng arh! I am not as stupid as Jac Lau

90% of the jobs only needed 10% AI

Marketing, HR, Finance, Logistics, Banking  . . . .

Yet PAP want to use this lie to replace citizens in the job

Dun worry, they'll be replaced by AI too.

For Sg,
Finance and Banking will likely to embrace first as they have invested the most
and more eager for ROI.

Next will be media.

Many of these posts are occupied by Sporeans and foreigners
The 10% professions most affected by AI is IT Engineers/ IT Consultants

where they need to know AI in 70% or 100% of their job

These people are already in IT so they are not really impacted

Singapore taking active steps to make sure entire workforce is ready for AI: Tan See Leng
AI will displace him first.
No need him to Kong Jiao Wei.
How about let's use AI to half the size of cabinet and thus reduce taxpayers burden drastically? It's very doable actually

I find his comments rather disturbing. Did MP Chee Hong, Josephine Teo or Indranee embrace AI by learning Azure to do programming? If no, why are they still around?
Simi sai also A.I....let all the minister be replaced by A.I. kym?
What a big sweep. Should AI construction and food away and see what happen
And also AI board directorships too and see how parliament attendance react
