Based on my observation, 3 places need more CCTV camera:
1) Where Grab/ Panda food riders park
I have seen 3 of them eat and just throw the plastic bags on the floor
Wind blow and caught by the shrubs
Rain came and mozzies breed
2) Carpark
Got car but No Class with a Upbringing
Got out of the car and throw bottled water
3) Big Traffic Junction
After crossing, the man just throw the plastic bag on the floor
