Car enters wrong lane after turning at Kaki Bukit junction & drives against traffic flow

On 5 May, a red Kia was seen driving against traffic flow at a Kaki Bukit junction. It remains unclear why the driver entered the wrong lane.

Junction is innocent, certified innocent

A few yrs ago that turning lane wasn't there, it's part of the left lane and became as it is recently. The driver could hv missed the white arrow
