How many are new citizens?

Our overrated, overhyped and overpaid Ministers cannot think out of the box. They have no idea how to increase productivity either so they invite wealthy foreigners to open family offices in SG, and buy freehold properties and cars after giving them PR and citizenship. The result is that S'poreans are priced out of both private residential properties and cars in our own country.  Our leaders have committed treason.
Huat ah
How about the poor in Sg? Also soar over 60%?

Your uncle was joking all along.
Wealthy foreigners have been wooed by our govt to park their immense riches in S'pore by giving them tax breaks under a cloak of secrecy and fast tracking them to PR and citizenship. That's how the number of millionaires has soared. These foreigners are able to buy up freehold properties, driving up prices beyond the reach of true blue S'poreans who are only able to afford HDB pigeon holes on 99-year-leases.

If this is caused by inflation then there's really no growth in no. of millionaires.
