12 months of Unpaid Leave, too.

How come PAP is not catching up with other Developed Countries

Don't follow them in this aspect.  Singaporean better be hard working.  The future is not bright. We are face with stiff competition from our neighbours. We are losing our competitive edge.

Japan got become lazy, meh.
