2. Medical care cost ....is it more affordable?
3. Retirement adequacy people can retire more financially secure now?
4. Work life balance has it improved?
5. Ability to start a family...has it improved?
6. If you need a car it js more affordable to own one today?

He's right. In some countries the peepur want to work hard to earn money but don't have the chance. So they come here to work hard and earn money.
