Perhaps the eateries in Uganda do have auto taps and flushes, but no food.

That goes without saying. The govt will increase the rental for stallholders, who will pass it onto the customers. 

Went there this morning. 
Expected,monday many stalls. 
closed. 
Tried a new stall selling Lor Mee. 
Totally off. 
Will stick to my favourite chwee kway and prawn noodles.
