Taxi- driver is supposed to drive passengers regardless of distance
That is why the Govt set a Basic Starting Fee
Can that useless Tat- Tat not be so bo- charp?
Shouldn't action be taken on the driver?
A number of these cabbies have lousy attitudes. There's a reason why some of them cannot do any other job other than driving.
