My wish is toilet upgrade. That got more impact on the individual esidence.

This one better upgrade your own if ownself can afford it. The HDB one moi got few years ago, after 2 years there ish water leak, $hit leak (from the big pipe somemore), paper holder fall off, toilet seat drop off etc. Workmanship of the wall and flooring also not say very good.
