Most likely, evolution won’t create such an engineering piece, well designed with different parts put together.

If humans can fly like birds then there's no need to fight for oil and there'll be less wars. No need food snd won't get sick so no need to work so hard and not tortured by illnesses. So if there's a creator must say he's quite a bad one

How can be good at one thing and bad at others? Then cannot be almighty.

Logic tells us there is no designer or creator. At least not a personal one.
