i am using a lenovo idealpad. No problem and lasting...
Laptop has a shorter life span.
Basic: MS Office.
Nowadays, they prefer you to pay monthly. Stop paying, you are out.
Can help how to solve laptop keyboard typing keys not working properly eg letter A; B ;C and one button "Fn" lighted up ?

Try to remove and reinstalling keyboard driver.
If still not working. It may be contact issue.

Fn = Function
If "Fn Lock" is currently turned on you will see a green light on the "Fn" key. To turn this off press and hold the "Fn" key and press the "Esc" key at the top left of the keyboard.

Just connect an external keyboard.. much cheaper than changing the laptop keyboard. . moreover full-sized keyboard is easier to type with.
I connect one to my Lenovo laptop and also a 24 inch monitor because my eyesight is not so good anymore.
My Lenovo laptop is also touchscreen but I don't use that feature. I had this laptop for 6 years with no issues.

If only a few keys, use Scotch tape to tape them, I also have 3 letters come off as my Sony Vaio laptop is more than 15 yo
