I thought HDB claim all doors in HDB must be fire proof? Even come HDB upgrading they do fire proof door.
No wonder now a days a lot unit easily caught fire not just due to illegal electric bike charging problem also seem like.
Partly when one going to do renovation, some will not upgrade pay more so call fire proof door. Just do the normal one.

I do remember HDB got rules stated every HDB unit must have Fire proof door install.
