Pistachios are supposed to be healthy but they added so much salt until pistachios become unhealthy.

You need to work harder to earn more money to afford.
So work harder and saving money to buy will naturally eat lesser hence weight lost. 
Eating lesser so less stress to stomach and digestive system. 
Eating lesser hence sugar level easier to maintain.
