Morning very busy traffic noisy one. Those smart Gem owners I bet they choose those unit facing inside that Old HDB block which the Queen used to visit. If face outside the main road can get ready for morning traffic noise and evening. Is a BIG junction there.

Likewise for this new condo launch , obviously those units facing inside , face the TPY Lor hawker will be highly sought after.
