Talk cock lah. Taiwan has been reducing trade with China despite ECFA all these while. China was forced to stop the suspension of tariffs for Taiwanese imports into China because of that.

Taiwan also tried to prevent more travelling between mainland China and Taiwan.

Taiwan has also implemented laws to dissuade Taiwanese from working in China.

Now he says he want to build understanding?
