#1. They even hire a Pinoy for Admin work on a contract that is renewable every year

This type of job, any citizen also easily can do

#2. Another Head keep saying his Pinoys are cheaper

so can support SG and even Australia that is far away

At the end, SG and AU do not need to hire their people to do the job

Pinoys wil always gang up together when their colleagues are in trouble. They are very defensive lots even they are wrong. Thousand and one excuses. I worked with them before and knew their behaviours and attitudes.

Only people like us Singaporean keep playing office politic killing each others

Any Govt that allows foreigners like CECAs and Pinoys to bully S'poreans at their workplace have to be voted out!

My Phillipino colleague is just as bad. She cut the budget to hire a replacement Marketing Specialist who needed more time to train while giving consecutive Sales live events and campaigns alot of problems. With the money saved, she later hired a Phillipino when we do not have a headcount!

I already set my mind to vote them out for decades. Really made me lost trust and respect to these pappies. They hv never make to improve to take care of locals on their livelihood concerns.

ended- up with 3 more Pinoys in Philippines next month
