suprise this brand has well review by consumers
in the past few IT PC  ELECTRONICS SHOwS  they are aggressive n atracted many cumtomers
I have been using a PRISM+ TV purchased 2 years ago w/o any issue, so TS' set could merely be a 'lemon'. 
Prism+ Android TV lags alot, the soc must be slow lousy Rockchip. My Amlogic chip Android box works faster than them.
