not many knows of BH 20 YRS AGO,unlike th n gic hv tons of scholars invest mgr advisers

When it comes to investing it's easy to ask questions on hindsight.
The only issue for me is : did GIC beat global stock and bond index performance? If not why hire so many pple? Going ahead should trim number of people and just mirror the MSCI index and do Broad asset allocation..if they cannot beat the market significantly or have better risk adjusted returns.
Otherwise, what is tax dollars paying for?
I think GIC return 6% roughly. Which can be generated by passive means.
Is it used as a job provider to elites?....
Plse stop wasting tax $.
This should be put up at Parliament.
