If person take the bus from Ang Mo Kio to Woodlands every day and is later diagnosed with kidney disease cab we conclude the bumpy ride he takes everyday from AMK to Woodlands is the cause of his kidney failure.

While I agree that his diet is unhealthy...there are many with unhealthy diet and even worse diet just pop your head into McD and KFC....the soft drinks serve with meals are more harmful than Taiwanese chicken cutlet. But it takes may yrs of abuse for effects to show.
For a 12yr old to have kidney failure it is very unusual and likely cause bybsome underlying health condition like diabetes or genetic disease.
Since 8 years old , he has been eating once a day for 4 to 5 days per week of fried chicken. This is normal but what triggered his kidney failure could be bubble tea that the doctor also mentioned.
The doctor is a specialist. He shd hv the credentials to say that

Likely ish the salt, their hawker really can add a lot of salt and some stalls allow you to add yourself with even more salt. These days they seem to have different flavor powders that you can add to the cutlet which can be very salty too.
Heng cook my own chicken cutlet at home, no such problem.
We tiong Chinese have stronger bodies. Not like Taiwanese and Japs. We can eat gutter oil and carcinogens with zero health problems! We can even eat raw rats and bats with no problem. Our bodies are immune because of Xi Jinping's blessings. If Taiwanese eat, i think they straight away pengsang.

The fried chicken cutlets sold by a company which calls itself "Shilin" are a thick flour coating over a thin chicken fillet. Yjru look big but are mostly flour.
The ones I ate in Taiwan were a thin flour coating over a thick juicy chicken fillet.
