This guy is selling his properties in Hong Kong in a hurry and he sells them below cost. Wha's going to happen?

I think many developers want to push down gearing as a priority. The stocks are trading significantly below book value but if they are caught in a multi yr slump with high debts they will end up paying allot in interest. 

So dump and pay down debts to stop the drag from debt servicing.

I don't see any of the major Hong Kong  players going jnto trouble that we see faced by mainland developers half of whom have gone bust.

Buying now may be a trap though they look cheap.  singapore developers like Hing Fok,  UOL are all trading at a significant discount and don't that the Chjna risk factor.

Now properties are more affordable to more buyers. Is that a bad thing?
Didn't sgbutt say that China ought to solve HK's housing problem? Now that HK's housing prices are moving in the right direction he again kpkb. Really very difficult to satisfy him.

But he lost big in Brexit.
After Selling the property in China, he went to invest in UK.

Yes,  he lost money in UK.  He might lose more in HK.  Just not his luck.
