Has been like that for a while. Initially got 3.48% then within two weeks they reduced to what you post.

INITIALLY I applied but said quota full put on waiting list
by the time i applied to join is 2.38% 
so far they gxs hv no promotions like trusts on referrals

but anyway 1st trnasaction got $10/** cahback

therafter 1%
i feedback to yhem yr 1% no fight to AMX N STD CHRTD CR CARDS 1.5%
not sure they are aware of these 2 cr cards giving 1.5% cahback

gxs  cant compete w t bills ssb n  now astrea bonds at 4.35%
