Whatever stand, except a neutral stand, that we are taking will be seen by others as taking sides whether we like it or not. For this reason, China opted not to attend the meeting.

We are a small country. We cannot say we allow big countries to attack small countries mah. It's in our national interests to say it's wrong, we don't support. Otherwise Malaysia or Indonesia can anyhow attack us and boh daiji. We are not taking sides. We are taking a stand for our national interest.
