🌶️ Despite reminders in English & Chinese, a chicken rice hawker is having trouble getting her customers to keep the chilli sauce container shut. 

A handwritten sign pleads: "Protect your favourite chilli. Close lid after use, please. Thank you."

I notice this same problem at my favourite duck rice and kway chap stalls. Why are some customers so inconsiderate? To me, it is second nature to put things back to where I found them after I take anything from there.  
I always close the lids and always tuck my chair

under the table after I am done

because I am 4th Gen Sinkie.

to solve this problem some chicken rice stall spent some time to put chiili sauces onto a small plate if want more take a 2nd plate 
the big container is places inside out of reach to customers
