Errr..what "dictators" ?   Putin just won an election 2 months ago and he immediately visited China after getting re-elected.

I only hope sgbuffett no need translation to understand what Xi told Putin who then won more friends like Kim.

Errr..I only know Putin's 3 other competitor are still alive and well, while Saddam was removed and killed by foreign powers...
