No, he's neither of them.
BYD is running a risk of keeping its current ratio @ 0.67, the lowest in the last 4 years. At this low current ratio, it will not be able to pay the short-term debt when there is a sudden demand. Good companies will always keep their current ratio above 1.0 as one would never know what could happen especially when the business is so competitive. One can go turtle up easily all of a sudden.
