S'poreans thinking of moving to JB should remember that such violent and cruel criminals lurk in the shadows over there.

Seems like a lot of effort just to claim Rm500k insurance money. The sinkies especially certain ex-CEOs retiring in JB should take precautions, as they are much more lucrative targets for these criminals.

If the locals found out you're a Singaporean...
That's a very soft target, easy meat without families to push for investigations.
Some Singaporeans in YouTube exposed themselves by promoting JB, are in danger.
They're are just too ignorant.
Even my Malaysian friends always advise one must live a low profile in Malaysia. Never attracted unwanted attention.
You will never know, once it is too late...

They sacrifices cheapness for security. LKY had once said Johore is a place of mobsters, robbers and gangsters flashing weapons around. He was never wrong.

It really help if you have Msian living in Msia to give advice. Msia security is and always have been a concern which some influencers seem to look conveniently away.

My old ex boss billionaire told me once.
You can buy the Cheapest Palace in an undeveloped country.
The minute you step outside is a different story...
You are buying not only a property but the whole society system, infrastructure and investment value benefits that comes with it.
From there, I understand why he was a billionaire in Singapore. Very wise Pioneer Generation...👏
Sad to see today's so call genius in economics, TKL doesn't understand such simple marketing knowledge. 😢
Luckily never put our Reserves Key into his hand..phew..

I am not putting down Malaysian property market. But investment must base on the hard facts.
If not, then it will be purely a donation. Another wisdom from my ex boss.
I have many Malaysian friends, customers and suppliers.
All tell me to forget about buying a property over there.
Unless I need one for a mistress..😂
Kind of donating the property to her.
One most common fact about Malaysia's infrastructure.
All Malaysian, young, old, boy and girl, need to drive a car or be driven, from point A to point B.
No matter how short is the distance.
It is a commonsense, that All Malaysian friends told me.
Even if you check on Malaysian YouTube, the influencer also shared the same opinion.
Why? What the reason? Can't they take MRT, LRT, BUS?
The answer is No. Cannot!!!
Because from point A, you need to walk to bus station or MRT station at your own risk. Not from robbery but accident.
The walkways are always broken, missing at some parts of the road. So you must walk beside the road facing heavy traffic. Totally not possible at all.
And the bus timings are erratic.
So all Malaysians must buy a car to drive to work, shopping or drive their children to school.
And that is what Ah M wanted, selling his protons!!!
Imagine a couple with 2 kids. They must buy 2 cars. Once kids started to work, they must buy 4 cars.
With a house mortgage loan, support 4 cars, personal insurance, EPF contribution, holidays, food, maintenance, etc...
Although their consumers goods are cheaper than ours, but their local salary is also much lower.
Raising a young family in Malaysia, is not so Fairy Tales as some over here liken to projects.

The two high profile ex-CEOs are probably already on the radar of bad elements in joohoo, since they regularly post their whereabouts. 3.5 times exchange rate also works for criminals if they can nab a sinkie big fish.
