Civil Servant productivity is the worst. Most pretend to be busy and efficiency are much to be desired BUT they have the cheek to benchmark salaries against Private sector.

Similar with our Ministers, who demands world highest salaries but turn in mediocre performances.... But again PAP has the blank cheque to pay themselves whatever they wishes.

Just got July bonus as usual later year end and yearly increment and their wages and bonus of course money don’t drop from sky Govt need to take from somewhere.

puntucal time in n out do nt be smart dont act smart
just follow orders 
u will be safe in yr job n get all bonus

chinese say:
dont ask for credit just be happy n pray no blame.this  will see u in civil sevice to retirement age.

that is why no mp minister will resign on their own accord.safer than iron rice bowl as long as u ddo what i mention above
