Nope now is like mix I can see young couples also a lot young PR and foreigners

How to know estate is old or young is the number of white business in neighbourhood. If one week always got one case means ppl there all getting old. Mine is got season last month fully booked every weekend now this month lesser maybe only start Jul or old elderly die finish 7788 liao. But I do hear the emergency ambulance sound quite often almost every few days.
