8. what is their fuel consumption rate ?
9. Who is paying for the fuel?

100% they will gerrymander West Coast GRC this time round.  And they will say oh this ward already full capacity already, so need to hive off a portion and insert to another area full with hardcore pappie supporters - to dilute the oppies votes. Just watch and see
