"warning signs" that may reveal a dishonest person:

1. *Micro-Expressions*: Very brief facial expressions that contradict their verbal responses.

2. *Inconsistencies*: Frequent changes in their story or contradictions in their statements.

3. *Evasion*: Avoiding direct answers or diverting conversations away from sensitive topics.

4. *Emotional Incongruence*: Displaying inconsistent or insincere emotional responses.

5. *Lack of Eye Contact*: Avoiding eye contact or exhibiting unusual eye movement patterns.

6. *Nervous Behavior*: Displaying excessive nervousness, such as dry lips,nose scratching ,fidgeting, shifting, or sweating.

7. *Inappropriate or Rehearsed Responses*: Providing answers that seem overly prepared or don't match the situation.

8. *Gaslighting*: Manipulating someone into doubting their own perceptions or memories.

1. They speak in absolutes, such as ‘always’ and ‘never.’

2. They brag by downplaying their accomplishments.

3. They try to please you by judging people you both know.

4. They’re highly defensive.

5. They love to debate.
