Has the lazy HDB taken action on those who has other properties besides HDB?

The HDB may repossess 
a flat owing to breach of lease terms, including not paying the mortgage, illegal sub-letting or using the flat for commercial purposes without permission. The other is if the flat dweller is no longer a S'pore citizen or PR and the flat remains unoccupied, HDB may repossess it. Since "ownership" is subject to certain conditions and limitations from the HDB, who remains the lessor or owner of the unit that is leased under an agreement to the lessee or resident, he/she remains a tenant and not the owner

On the other hand if you declared bankrupt they cannot touch your HDB. If you private condo etc bankrupt they can touch and sell then you homeless. Pro and con.
