A food poisoning incident broke out at the famous eel restaurant "Nihonbashi Una Isetei" in Yokohama, Japan, at the end of last month.
More than 160 people showed symptoms, and one of them, a woman over 90 years old, died.
Isetada admitted after the incident that at least five staff in the kitchen did not wear gloves; the Yokohama City Government announced on the 5th that the failure of employees to wash their hands was the main cause of the poisoning incident.
