Among the 3, Zhu Ba Jie is the smartest. He knows how to plp. You shdnt retrench the smartest worker right.
He knows how to put himself best in front the boss.
Sun Wu Kong, is the most capable one but sometimes he is very arrogant. So the boss actually doesn’t like him very much but no choice, cannot retrench him. He is too capable to complete all the difficult tasks.
Sha Sheng, normally will be retrenched first in the real world, although he is very hardworking but he is not very capable.

Look at it another way.. All 3 of them would have fired 唐三藏 first before he can fire them because all 3 of them are more capable than 唐三藏.
Even the most normal one, Sha Sheng, is a talent when put at other places (he is after all a general guarding the heavenly gate)..

Becuz he always talk no action... when troubles come he only rely on his disciples to solve problems... he lacks d foresight to c things ... he saddles all day long n doesn't know how to delegate tasks... everytime need to b rescued n never learn ...
