This happened to me too. That crazy elderly woman, living abv me always drags table and chairs throughout the day and nite, also at wee hours of morning. She stayed at top flr and mine is just below her. Confronted her once and denied it, claiming that workers at roof top doing work. How can workers starts work in wee hours of morning and late nites?
