Let’s say the property is $400k, how to pay off using your money in Spore? there’s a limit of sending money overseas, like max $100k how ah?

They're companies in the raffles place area which do that for even bigger amounts. Banks aso do but exchange rates not so gd

Before can be done quite easily when they have $10,000 notes. Just hand carry 40 pcs in your pocket and walk into the plane. I ever carried a large amount to Thailand before.

Can not lah, you can only carry up to $10k in cash when you are entering a foreign country, if you dunt declare you will be in trouble if you get caught. It is very bulky to carry 4000 x $100 notes in your bag

No need to declare when you carry in your pocket as they dun search your body. Then go change in Silom Road in smaller amount.  Of course this is illegal.
