They are culturally very different from the rest of SEA

And they have been reluctant to integrate with local Indians to eat our food

At work, they are a nightmare

Renting apartments is not better
#1.  They are often lazy

-Most of my ex- colleagues come late to work because they cannot get a taxi

that is only 1 bus-stop away from the MRT station

-They love to Bollywood to make themselves busy and work till 7:30pm

but drive us to waste time and be as unproductive as them

#2. CECA love to lie all the time

- My ex- colleague a junior staff with a Ah- neh IT Company S was accused that he discriminated CECA

although 90% are already CECA and he was sacked

- My workplace has a CECA who lied that  it is Person A instruction

When Person A discovered, CECA changed her lie to say Person B told Person A

to make me work and re- work to waste my time!
#3. Discrimination is Part of CECA's Daily Life

- During lunch, they will never want low class people to sit with them

They will purposely speak Hindi every time so that we will never join them in the same table

- For projects, they will make the lower CASTE feel unwanted

Discussions will never include the lower caste
Are Sporeans considered as lower caste?😱
They will small talk behind your back..like scheming little rats.
Need to tahan their can can can but actually cannot
#4. CECA's Habit to Play Blame Game

It is never their fault when work cannot be done

So they can never learn nor improve even with annual Performance Review

- The IT Director said they write coding language also go round the Bollywood Tree

Refer to their 5 year documents when customers want to upgrade is impossible

- The CECA can do, do, do, redo, redo, reredo . . . .until 7 Times

Still nothing is completed and they will blame other colleagues 

At the end, most of us just do their job which is easier! #@%#$&%^*
#5. CECA Directors cannot be Effective Planners nor logical in Process

As compared to Japanese people

The CECA Customer Mgmt Policies for customers always go round and end up nowhere

So they end up wasting alot of time haggling and negotiating
#6. CECA should not be part of Asia

They are too big and too different 

When we have Asia Meeting, they will take up 90% of the time

Because they have more people, more cases to share and more issues!
The office will be stinks of shite when the office is full of shite eating pee drinking raping CECA baboons
#7.  Hire Tourists without Work pass

My previous CECA CEO

Even tell CECA to come as Tourists every now and then

and hired them to work in Singapore
