Others also have same idea ! That means if one wanna sell high for their HDB flat at resale market than have to pay “ sales tax according how much they sell “ aka means if wanna sell at one million than they have to pay more sale taxes.
Like that Govt got additional revenue from it also can cool down HDB resale flat price.
