据杭州市公安局西湖区分局发布的警情通报，12日中午，某外卖平台一男性外卖骑手王某某在西湖区西溪世纪中心园区送外卖过程中将栏杆踩歪，被园区保安拦下，该外卖员因担心影响其他订单派送遂下跪，后引发现场人员聚集。属地派出所接警后对涉事人员依法开展调查，后续将依据调查情况依法处理。

　　针对此事，13日，涉事小区的物业管理公司绿城物业工作人员向南都记者表示，现在小区外卖配送正常，警方已通报具体情况，物业公司后续也会进行实际调查。

　　南都此前报道，此次冲突发生后，社交媒体上还出现了“在现场的外卖骑手被集体封号”的消息。13日，美团有关负责人就此事回应南都记者称，公司未对任何骑手采取封号、限制接单等不利于骑手的负面举措。针对制造、传播谣言的账号及背后推手，公司已采取法律措施。

　　美团方面透露，冲突发生后，美团第一时间派遣专员前往现场协助骑手小哥处理冲突，并为其向物业支付了围栏维修费用。目前，相关骑手伙伴已安全返回。对于骑手可能遭遇的不公正对待问题，美团将根据骑手诉求提供各类相应援助，并配合相关部门调查。
