Nobody in school suspected the students taking drugs?

Kids nowadays are given lots and lots of pocket money. They eating better than most of us here during our lunch and dinner.
Lunch time do you see any kids at kopidiam eating? Not to mention seeing them eat chai fan.
But when you go shopping mall, they are inside those restaurant instead of fast food lor.

It’s about time the law change to punish the parents too. Cannot let them get away for enjoying the manufacturing process and take zero responsibilities to bring up the kid.
How does the drug come into Sg ?
