No all PMA users are immobile or have health issues, many of them are simply lazy useless fugg
Food Courts should not allow PMA simply because the premises are often small. She can use a walking stick inside the food court.
Sooo FAT that is why her legs are weak
This type, doctors should not give any medical letters to certify her to use PMAs
We need to encourage her to walk and exercise more.

Just like those 5 fugg PMA riders who assaulted a lady. Till now, no case mentioned. Must be covered up.
I don't know if this woman is having trouble walking because she is overweight, but since she is not using a walking aid while searching for her meal, she may be using the PMA out of sheer laziness. Despite tearing my meniscus in my early 50s, I could still limp for a couple of months before my physiotherapy and exercise enabled me to recover without ever using any walking aid. Â

I have seen elderly people who just cannot walk fast. I even timed one old neighbour myself. It took me less than 5min to walk to the bus-stop but it took him 35min. Extremely slow. Climbing stairs is a challenge too. Took them 5-10min (the more floors, the slower as he became fatigued) just to climb one floor (this one is another neighbour back when I was staying elsewhere).
the average speed of a PMA is similar to a person jogging
imagine if everyone is jogging at the same time, there will be chaos.
does it make sense for PMA to be faster than walking speed?

All these issues did not happen way back in the 60-90s, older people then have stronger mindset and don't want to rely on such aids as its much of a shame, but these days some people including the young ones are taking it as a benefit or advantage. Well, thanks to the authority for allowing such device to be use inappropriately. In the end, gov will have to shoulder the healthcare burden through taxing the people.
