Why Town Council don't just set a list of do & Do NOTs

If one resident break the guidelines, make that one resident pay $200 for cleaning service

Every HDB as a toilet yet he did not use it. isn’t that littering and should be fined?

Most HDB estates are rat infested owing to the indiscriminate discarding of food waste from the hawker centres, coffee shops, wet markets and flats.

HDB is really a slum. Even PAP's GRC is also the same

I believe more incidents appear becuz HDB form the majority of housing in Spore. Does that mean private estates or condo no stories? My sister condo lagi best two neighbors face each other paste bagua in the form of big picture to ward off the other side who use flood lights to shine back. Police was called on multiple occasions.

My sister is in her condo WA group so know all these stories and I visit walk past to verify myself really have ar. But sister told me those two condo units are rented out not the condo owner himself.

So instead of saying HDB is slum the more correct phrase is the people who live not the estate itself. Still got that Ramesh incident also don't think he live in HDB.

Unhappiness sure have but it may not be LOW SES like HDB people

I have been to Braddel Heights, Marine Parade and my uncle condo many times

Cannot see litter at 9am or 12 midnight

But if I go Bukit Batok or Bedok, those places are 2C and 1Z

Do you consider last time that Ramesh incident he is low or high SES ppl? His is not HDB and got a high paying job.
