Last time, German politicians always threatened to divert Volkswagon from China.  

Now, instead of China, Volkswagen closed it's Germany Plant.

German politicians always threatened China that Germany would shift out of China.    

Hehe, their own German company closed their shop in Germany, very malu!

The same for ASML which makes EUV lithographic machine for making high end chips.   

US ordered Holland not to sell these machines to China, thus losing a lot of business in China.  

ASML threatened to Dutch gov telling it they have to shut down their factory in Holland.   

So, Dutch gov told Washington they could not follow US restrictions.   

Very embarrassed for America. More and more countries are telling America to fly kite.
