Material: 4 eggs 4 tbsp water 3 tbsp tapioca flour 1 stalk of spring onion (finely sliced) 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper powder 1/4 tsp stock powder 300 ml oil (for frying) How to make crispy omelet  Put tapioca flour, sliced spring onions, salt, pepper powder, and broth powder into a container. Mix and stir until smooth. Pour the eggs and water into the mixture, stir again. Pour oil into a frying pan and heat it. Pour the egg mixture about two to three ladles, from a height of 20 centimeters to produce a crispy and curly omelette. Fry until cooked.
