Body language check list on PAP in parliament during speech on oral reply 

 Here's a comprehensive checklist of common body language cues associated with deception:

*Face:*

1. Avoiding eye contact or inconsistent eye contact
2. Micro-expressions (brief, involuntary facial expressions)
3. Increased blinking rate
4. Darting eyes
5. Nervous smiling
6. Tense or forced facial expressions

*Eyes:*

1. Pupils dilating or constricting
2. Avoiding direct eye contact
3. Looking away quickly
4. Increased eye movement
5. Staring at the prepared script longer or keep referring it.


*Mouth and Lips:*

1. Licking lips
2. Biting lips
3. Tightened or pursed lips
4. Covering mouth while speaking
5. Inconsistent or forced smiling
6. Licking lips 

*Body Posture:*

1. Crossing arms or legs (defensive)
2. Leaning away
3. Fidgeting or restless movements
4. Changes in posture when questioned
5. Avoiding direct body orientation

*Hands and Arms:*

1. Fidgeting with hands or objects
2. Touching face or mouth
3. Crossing arms (defensive)
4. Hiding hands or pockets
5. Excessive gesturing
6. Keep caressing object such as pens or ipad

*Legs and Feet:*( can't be seen because it is being block)

1. Crossing legs or ankles
2. Tapping feet
3. Shifting weight
4. Pointing feet away from the conversation
5. Restless movements

*Voice and Tone:*

1. Changes in pitch or volume
2. Stuttering or hesitation
3. Inconsistent or rehearsed speech
4. Defensiveness or aggression
5. Micro-expressions in vocal tone

*Other Cues:*

1. Inconsistencies in story or details
2. Evasion or omission of information
3. Incongruence between verbal and nonverbal behavior
4. Overly elaborate or detailed explanations
5. Deflecting or diverting attention
