Qualcomm recent entry into laptop business is not doing well. A take over of Intel chip design business will bring it on par with AMD with laptop, desktop, cloud Graphics and AI.

Intel shareholders likely to make Qualcomm pay an inflated price as takeover is more needed by Qualcomm than Intel.
