Sengkang and Punggol LRT operated by SBS transit not SMRT.
SMRT was allowed previously to let out space for adverts and retails. This was stopped by Gov 4 various reasons. There r so much valuable land and space under the overhead tracks. In countries like in Japan and Hmong Kong, the space were converted to retail stores. Why they never use such space in Singapore?

They did use the space for retail. U never go MRT station before?
