Zhang has delusional disorder. Another person with mental problem in our midst. His name sounds like a Foreigner, too.
Cannot control anger and become siao

This 67-year-old man is the reason why every HDB resident wants to upgrade out of the heartlands. Imagine coming home to such a hellish neighbour every evening.
You will hear even more of such stories when population hit 10 million.
PAP is overpaid like 1st World but performance is 3rd World

This is how lousy HDB is

It’s really a blessing to hv friendly and pleasant neighbours who never give you problems and make you feel like living in a kampong
Maybe we have 150,000 cases of people with mental problems

Because many cannot afford to see a psychiatrist

If they are Not- Born Citizens, then deport them because we do not have

enough space, lack medical services to help these adults

My family upgraded out of our HDB flat more than 20 years ago when buying a condo in a central location was actually a realistic aspiration for a PME couple in our early 30s. The difference in our neighbours has been like day and night. Unfortunately, some of the stereotypes of heartlanders exist because they are true.
So, live in HDB is Low SES

I have tried to tell an old man from Malaysia to stop littering

After 6 Years, I give- up!

I believe there will be more shoving and fights coming soon.

Yes, I have said so previously as well. This is especially the case  if your neighbourhood has many old HDB like Redhill and Bedok. They litter all over, pee every where, vomit at the void deck and burn lots of joss papers.
